Clinic RN Family Medicine
About The Position
The Clinic RN Family Medicine position is based at UW Health Newburg Rd, Clinic 6824 Newburg Rd. The schedule is 90% FTE, with start times varying Monday through Friday. Additional compensation may include evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay. The role requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing, a current Illinois RN license, and Basic Life Support/CPR certification. Computer experience is required; one year of professional nursing experience is preferred. Applicants must provide a copy of a high school diploma or equivalent, or documentation of their highest completed degree. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Provide a copy of a high school diploma or equivalent, or the highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Computer experience.
- Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
