About The Position

Ellie Mental Health Portsmouth-Seacoast is seeking a licensed Clinic Practice Manager to lead and continue building their established outpatient mental health practice in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This role is for an experienced clinician who desires to lead a clinical team, shape practice culture, mentor clinicians, uphold client care standards, and take responsibility for building a clinically strong, financially sustainable, collaborative practice poised for growth. The position offers meaningful leadership and autonomy with the infrastructure and support of an established practice, working in partnership with Franchise Owners. The Clinic Practice Manager will have substantial responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the clinic, focusing on people, clinical quality, practice performance, community relationships, and growth, while benefiting from established systems for billing, credentialing, HR, payroll, marketing, technology, and administrative processes. This role is distinct from traditional therapy or clinical supervision, offering an alternative to remaining primarily clinical with limited influence or assuming the financial risk of building a private practice independently. The position is designed for someone seeking genuine leadership, accountability, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to building something meaningful.
