About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a physical therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic therapy center in New Britain, Connecticut. The Clinic Director oversees the therapy team and provides preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote patient well-being. The role includes responsibility for the center, development of physician and community relationships, and growth and management of the patient portfolio and team. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a salary of $95,000 to $120,000 based on experience. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and a student loan payment program are offered. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid state Physical Therapist license required to start.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
Use local community networks to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Help grow and manage physician relationships and patient portfolios.
Expand and develop a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants.
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
Participate in continuing education opportunities.
