About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a physical therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic therapy center in Millbury, Massachusetts, and provide exceptional patient care as an outpatient center manager. The role oversees a therapy team delivering preventative and rehabilitation services to maximize patient functionality and promote well-being. This is the company’s largest center in Massachusetts, with multiple clinicians to learn from, strong physician relationships, and a caseload that includes postoperative, nonoperative, and general orthopedics. The center also offers the CoreVia pelvic health program. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday and offers a salary from $90,000 to $120,000 based on experience, a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000, and student debt repayment. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid state Physical Therapist License required to start.
CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
Use local community networks to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
Expand and develop a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
Participate in continuing education opportunities.
