Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active or eligible state license to practice.
• Prior experience in a geriatric or outpatient setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 patient care within assisted living communities.
• Oversee clinic operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Build lasting relationships with residents.
• Engage in clinical mentorship and leadership development opportunities.
