About The Position

Pittman Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced and motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to lead their Germantown clinic as Clinic Director. This role is designed for an individual who excels in patient care, demonstrates initiative, and is eager to lead a team while contributing to the clinic's growth and success. The Clinic Director will manage the daily operations and culture of the Germantown clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care within their professional scope. Responsibilities include overseeing clinic performance, team leadership and motivation, maintaining a positive and accountable culture, monitoring operational metrics, enhancing patient experience and retention, community outreach, collaborating with leadership, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, possesses strong leadership potential, is licensed or eligible for licensure in Tennessee, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and is driven by clinic performance and team success. While previous leadership experience is preferred, strong clinicians ready for a leadership role are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Licensed DPT or PTA in Tennessee, or eligible for Tennessee licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
