About The Position

Pittman Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced and motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to lead their Germantown clinic as Clinic Director. This role is suited for an individual who excels in patient care, demonstrates initiative, and is prepared to lead a team while contributing to the clinic's growth and success. The Clinic Director will oversee the daily operations and culture of the Germantown clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care within their professional scope. This includes managing scheduling, patient volume, performance metrics, and operational goals, while fostering a positive team environment and excellent patient experience. The role also involves identifying areas for clinic improvement, engaging with the local community, collaborating with Pittman leadership, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Licensed DPT or PTA in Tennessee, or eligible for Tennessee licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership
• Enjoys leading and supporting a team
• Patient-focused and committed to excellent care
• Can recognize problems and take initiative to solve them
• Motivated by clinic growth, performance, and team success
