About The Position

Optimal Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Clinic Director and physical therapist for its expanding, therapist-owned outpatient practice in the Greater Amarillo Area. The role is based at a new fourth clinic inside a medical office building, providing general orthopedic care with an additional emphasis on overall wellness. The clinic is described as a supportive, collaborative team that prioritizes high-quality, patient-centered care, mentorship, professional growth, and work-life balance. Requirements

• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy License.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• High-level visual and auditory acuity for monitoring patient care.
• Ability to move frequently throughout the clinic.
• Ability to walk or stand at least 5 hours a day.
• Occasional overhead and low reaching.
• Ability to lift and/or carry over 40 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to push/pull over 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
