About The Position

Saco Bay PT is seeking a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist to lead its outpatient orthopedic therapy center in Norway, Maine. The Clinic Director provides comprehensive orthopedic care and leads the center team in delivering preventative and rehabilitation services that maximize patients’ functionality and well-being. The role includes developing personalized treatment plans and working in a supportive, collaborative environment with a diverse patient population. The position offers opportunities to develop skills and pursue continuing education. The schedule is Monday through Friday. The advertised salary is $80,000 to $110,000, based on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and student debt repayment. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid state Physical Therapist license required to start.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
Use local community networks to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
Expand and develop a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants.
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
Participate in continuing education opportunities.
Provide preventative and rehabilitation services to maximize patient functionality and promote well-being.
Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
