About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The Clinic Director combines direct patient care with leadership, clinician development, clinic operations, and growth. The clinic treats a variety of needs, including orthopedics, manual therapy, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and occupational rehabilitation. The Clinic Director leads and supports Physical Therapists and clinical staff, fosters a positive, patient-centered environment, and provides individualized, evidence-based care. The role oversees patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling; builds relationships with local referral sources and community partners; and partners with leadership to meet clinic goals. Upstream provides administrative support, leadership onboarding and mentorship, and professional development opportunities. The estimated compensation is $90,000–$100,000+ per year, negotiable based on experience and other factors. Sign-on bonus options are available up to $20,000. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
Active or pending Kentucky Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
Passion for developing others.
