About The Position

Saco Bay PT is seeking a physical therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic therapy center in downtown Conway, New Hampshire. The Clinic Director will oversee the therapy team and provide preventative and rehabilitation services that maximize patient functionality and well-being. The center serves an active community of hikers, bikers, skiers, and other outdoor enthusiasts, and has relationships with local high schools and community organizations. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday and offers a salary of $85,000 to $110,000 based on experience, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and student debt repayment assistance. The role includes responsibility for center operations, patient-centered care, community and physician relationships, and development of the therapy team. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid state Physical Therapist license required to start.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
Use the local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
Expand and develop a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
Participate in continuing education opportunities.
Provide preventative and rehabilitation services that maximize patient functionality and promote well-being.
