About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership, clinician development, clinic operations, and growth. The clinic treats patients across orthopedics, manual therapy, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and occupational rehabilitation. The Clinic Director leads and supports Physical Therapists and clinical staff, fosters a positive patient-centered culture, provides individualized evidence-based care, oversees clinic performance and scheduling, and builds relationships with referral sources and community partners. The director partners with leadership to meet clinic goals and can continue developing clinical and leadership skills through Upstream programs. Central support teams handle administrative work so clinicians can focus on patients, their team, and the clinic.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
Active or pending Kentucky Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for one.
Passion for developing others.
