About The Position

Ivy Health is seeking a licensed physical therapist to lead a clinic in Pennsylvania. The Clinic Director leads and supports a team, mentors and develops colleagues, builds relationships in the community, and fosters a positive, collaborative environment for both teammates and patients. The role focuses on growing the clinic and delivering exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Ivy Health provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services. Clinicians can pursue specialties including Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Oncology, Vestibular, Hand, Pediatric, Neuro, Vertigo, Sports, Parkinson’s Disease, Performing Arts, Pulmonary Disease, Concussion Management, and Dry Needling where available. The organization highlights mentorship and career resources, AI-assisted documentation through ScribeIQ, and learning partnerships, including Hospital for Special Surgery.

The compensation range is $95,000–$110,000 per year. The position is also eligible for a Clinic Director bonus and life-of-loan student loan repayment. Benefits begin within 30 days.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Current licensure in the respective state.
• At least 3 years of dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.
