About The Position

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director who is a licensed physical therapist to lead a clinic and its team. The role centers on mentoring teammates, building relationships, fostering a positive and collaborative environment, and supporting patients as they work toward their goals. The director will help grow the clinic, build community relationships, and promote a team culture focused on exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Ivy Health provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services. Clinicians have opportunities to pursue areas of specialty, with resources, mentorship, and career advice available. The role offers an annual compensation range of $95,000 to $110,000, eligibility for a Clinic Director bonus, and life-of-loan student loan repayment.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited therapy program and hold current licensure in the respective state.
• At least 3 years of dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.

• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
