About The Position

Drayer Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic clinic at the University of Alabama Recreation Center. The Clinic Director provides direct patient care while leading, mentoring, and supporting Physical Therapists and clinical staff. The role oversees clinic operations and performance, helps build referral and community relationships, and partners with leadership to meet clinic goals. Upstream provides central administrative support, leadership onboarding and mentorship, professional development, clinical technology, and a collaborative network of clinicians. Estimated pay is $90,000–$100,000, with monthly clinical and leadership bonus opportunities. Actual compensation and benefits eligibility depend on factors including experience, background, clinic location, employment status, and pay class.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Alabama Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
