About The Position

SERC, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Little Rock Midtown, Arkansas. The Clinic Director provides direct patient care while leading and developing the clinical team, supporting high-quality patient outcomes, and fostering a positive, high-performing clinic culture. The role oversees clinic operations and works with leadership to achieve clinic goals and support growth. Upstream Rehabilitation provides central administrative support, leadership onboarding and mentorship, ongoing professional development, and clinical technology intended to reduce documentation time. The position offers a path to multi-site leadership or clinic ownership/partnership. Compensation is estimated at $85,000–$100,000, with monthly clinical and leadership bonus opportunities. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
Active Arkansas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
