About The Position

SERC, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic clinic. The Clinic Director develops clinicians, supports exceptional patient care and outcomes, and fosters a positive, high-performing clinic culture. The role combines direct patient care with team leadership, clinic operations, community relationship-building, and work with leadership to meet clinic goals and support growth. Upstream provides administrative support, leadership onboarding, mentorship, and professional development, with opportunities to pursue multi-site leadership or clinic ownership/partnership.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Arkansas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations, including patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling.
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth.
• Develop leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs.
