About The Position

PT Northwest Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic clinic. The Clinic Director develops clinicians, supports exceptional patient care, elevates patient outcomes, and creates a positive, high-performing clinic culture. The role combines team leadership and clinic operations with direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. The Clinic Director oversees patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling; builds relationships with local referral sources and community partners; and partners with leadership to meet clinic goals and support growth. Upstream offers leadership onboarding, mentorship, ongoing development, administrative support, and modern clinical technology intended to reduce documentation time. The role may offer a path to multi-site leadership or clinic ownership/partnership.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
Active Washington State Physical Therapist license or eligibility for one.
Passion for developing others.
