About The Position
The Director of Rehabilitation & Wellness Services is responsible for the overall operations and success of nursing, therapies, wellness, and business services. The Director develops and maintains rehabilitation and wellness programs to meet identified community needs. The role also oversees fiscal and personnel resources, performance improvement, information management, strategic planning, marketing, community education, physician and customer relations, regulatory compliance, and accreditation.
Requirements
- Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience.
- Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of the state.
- BLS for healthcare providers certification upon hire and maintain current.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in a medical rehabilitation field.
