About The Position

NW Sports Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Lakewood, Washington. The Clinic Director provides direct patient care while developing clinicians, improving patient outcomes, and fostering a positive, high-performing clinic culture. The role oversees clinic operations, patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling, and works with leadership to achieve clinic goals and support growth. Central support teams handle administrative work, and the organization provides leadership onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing professional development. The position offers a stated compensation range of $85,000–$105,000, a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and monthly clinical and leadership bonus opportunities. A path to multi-site leadership or clinic ownership/partnership is also described.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
• Passion for developing others.
