Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
Leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, neurological, and mobility-related conditions.
Provide day-to-day leadership and support for clinic operations and team development.
Mentor and support therapists and staff while fostering a culture of collaboration and clinical excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, physicians, patients, and community partners.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
Work within a manageable caseload environment while balancing leadership responsibilities.
Support clinic growth initiatives while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
