Our clinic serves a diverse orthopedic patient population, including post-operative patients, individuals recovering from injury, and those experiencing musculoskeletal, balance, and mobility-related conditions. Requirements

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Passion for mentorship, team development, and clinical excellence.

Nice To Haves

Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
Previous leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
Provide leadership and support for day-to-day clinic operations.
Foster a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and exceptional patient care.
Mentor, coach, and support clinical staff in their professional development.
Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members to drive outstanding patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and clinic activity.
Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
Promote patient satisfaction, community engagement, and clinic growth initiatives.
