About The Position

H2 Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) with a passion for leadership and delivering exceptional patient care to lead their outpatient rehabilitation team in Murray, Kentucky. This role offers the chance to combine hands-on patient care with clinic leadership, focusing on building a collaborative, high-performing team dedicated to outstanding clinical outcomes. The clinic serves a diverse orthopedic patient population and provides specialized services such as sports rehabilitation, dry needling, balance and vestibular therapy, neurological rehabilitation, Parkinson's BIG, chronic pain management, worker's compensation, and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs). The Clinic Director will be instrumental in promoting clinical excellence, mentoring staff, cultivating relationships with physicians and the community, and driving the clinic's continued success.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Previous leadership or clinic management experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • This position is intended for experienced clinicians; new graduates are not eligible for consideration.
