About The Position

Ivy Health is hiring a Clinic Director and Licensed Physical Therapist in Scarsdale, New York. The role leads a supportive, collaborative clinic team and helps patients return to the activities they enjoy. The director mentors and develops teammates, builds relationships with the community, supports a positive team culture, and helps grow the clinic while maintaining exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Ivy Health provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services. Clinicians can pursue specialties including orthopedics, pelvic health, oncology, vestibular care, hand therapy, pediatrics, neurology, sports, and other areas. The company offers mentorship, career resources, and AI-assisted documentation intended to reduce documentation time. The position pays $100,000–$120,000 per year and may also be eligible for additional compensation or assistance, including bonus, commission, equity, overtime, student loan repayment, and relocation assistance.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Current licensure in the respective state.
• At least 3 years of dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
