About The Position

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with input on location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Prior to launch, extensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders will mentor new partners to ensure confidence and support.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
Ability to partner with a national provider.
Commitment to shaping clinic culture and patient experience.
Completion of training in leadership, operations, and business development.
Must be eligible for Equity Partnership.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a startup outpatient physical therapy clinic.
Shape the clinic's location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
Partner with Ivy Rehab for support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM.
Participate in training for leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and referral growth.
Work closely with experienced leaders for mentorship and support.
Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and increase patient interaction.
Contribute to Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
