Join our Dynamic team of clinicians at our Champaign clinic! Ivy Health is looking for a Clinic Director who is passionate about leading a team that genuinely cares about one another while helping patients get back to doing what they love. This role offers the opportunity to mentor others, build relationships, and create a positive, collaborative environment where both teammates and patients feel supported. Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
  • 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
