Clinic Coordinator (Part-Time)
About The Position
New Jersey Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Clinic Coordinator to work in a patient-focused clinical environment alongside Doctors of Physical Therapy. The role offers hands-on exposure to patient care, rehabilitation, therapeutic exercises, and clinical operations, as well as opportunities to develop professional communication skills and practical healthcare experience. Days and hours may vary based on organizational needs; the listed schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 3:00 PM–8:30 PM. Compensation is $17.00 per hour. The position is located at NJCPT in Riverdale, New Jersey.
Requirements
- Be dependable and positive, and enjoy working with people.
- Communicate effectively and value teamwork and patient interaction.
- Be interested in learning about injuries, rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and physical therapy.
- Be organized, attentive, and willing to take direction from clinical team members.
Responsibilities
- Support patients with therapeutic exercises as directed by the treating Doctor of Physical Therapy.
- Assist with daily clinical operations, including preparing treatment areas, organizing equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and clinical team members to support a positive patient experience.
