About The Position

At Alert Communications, we are the trusted, 24/7 voice for law practices nationwide. We are looking for Client Support to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal help. In this remote role, you will answer incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and provide compassionate customer support to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Arizona (excluding Flagstaff).
  • Background in customer service, call centers, sales, or hospitality.
  • Proficient with computers, navigating multiple screens, and typing at least 35WPM.
  • Be able to work one weekend day (Sat or Sun) and holidays.
  • High-speed Fiber or Cable internet (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or DSL) with minimum speeds of 15 mbps upload/5 mbps download.
  • Must connect directly to your modem/router via Ethernet cable.
  • A personal PC or Laptop running Windows 11 or higher and a wired USB headset with a microphone.
  • MacBooks/Apple products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible.

Nice To Haves

  • Legal industry experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the premier, empathetic point of contact for callers.
  • Evaluate and qualify incoming legal leads and inquiries.
  • Guide callers comfortably through the intake process, managing data across multiple systems.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
