About The Position

At Alert Communications, we provide around the clock live answering and intake solutions tailored specifically for the legal sector. Our team manages incoming leads, client onboarding and ongoing support for law practices nationwide. We are seeking a fluent Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the premier point of contact for individuals reaching out to our partner law firms. In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating and qualifying incoming inquiries, delivering compassionate customer care in both English and Spanish and ensuring a smooth, professional onboarding process from the very first call.

Requirements

Must reside in Arizona (We do not hire out of Flagstaff).
Confidently handle inbound phone calls in both Spanish and English, tailoring your approach to comfortably guide each caller.
Must be able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and be available for Holidays.
Prior Experience in customer service, call centers, sales or hospitality (legal industry preferred).
Proficiency using computers and multiple screens/systems.
Minimum of 35 WPM typing speed.
High speed Fiber or Cable internet only (no satellite, DSL or WiFi).
Minimum 15 Mbps upload/5 Mbps download internet speed.
Must use a direct Ethernet cable connection to your modem/outer.
Must have a PC/Laptop (Windows 11 or higher).
Must have a wired USB headset with a mic.
No Apple/Macbooks/Tablets.

Legal industry experience preferred.
