Open to remote in AR, LA, TX, OK, MO, TN, GA, and FL. The Client Services Lead is the connective tissue between our clients, designers, and developers. This role owns the successful delivery and growth of multiple client engagements at the same time which requires balancing relationships, budgets, timelines, and people. You are not a traditional project manager, and you are not a salesperson. You are a trusted partner to clients and a steady leader internally, someone who knows when to push, when to pause, and how to move work forward without unnecessary friction.
