About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring Client Relationship Associates to connect with prospective clients and educate them about life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions. The role focuses on building professional relationships and delivering a supportive client experience, from the initial conversation through follow-up. Company-provided warm leads, structured training, ongoing mentorship, and learning resources are provided. This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities. Required pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements are completed at the candidate’s expense. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development are provided.
Requirements
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- A client-centered, people-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Initiative and effective problem-solving ability.
- Confidence learning computer functions and remote platforms.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients using company-provided warm leads.
- Schedule virtual meetings and follow up consistently.
- Complete customer-focused needs reviews.
- Educate clients about insurance options and benefits.
- Recommend appropriate products and services.
- Provide a professional, supportive experience from the first conversation through follow-up.
