About The Position

The Client Success Project Manager (CSPM) joins Drips’ Implementations group and owns client onboarding projects end to end, from the close of sale through launch. This client-facing role coordinates conversation design and technical integration timelines for new client implementations and expansions within existing accounts. The CSPM understands each client’s business problem, the solution defined during the sales cycle, and the high-level technical requirements for integrating with the client’s systems. They lead meetings, hold internal and external stakeholders accountable, and deliver efficient, high-quality implementations that meet launch dates and prepare clients for long-term growth. The role suits someone with several years of project management experience who is ready to own a portfolio of projects, with coaching and escalation support from a manager. Drips is a pioneer of Conversational Outreach, providing human-like, two-way texting and voicemail to help enterprise organizations reach, qualify, and convert consumers. Its clients include organizations in healthcare, insurance, education, financial services, and consumer brands. Success expectations include learning the implementation methodology, platform, and cross-functional teams during the first 30 days; independently owning small and medium implementations and running client meetings by 60 days; and delivering projects on schedule while communicating status and surfacing risks early by 90 days.
