The Client Success Manager (CSM), Core Accounts, manages a high-volume portfolio of mid-market and core clients at Array. This role is responsible for driving retention, expansion, and consistent client outcomes through disciplined account management and scalable engagement. The CSM operates as a trusted partner to clients while balancing efficiency and impact across a larger book of business, ensuring clients realize measurable value from Array’s products. CSMs work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Deployment teams to deliver solutions aligned with client goals and to support long-term growth across the portfolio.
