This is a leadership role supporting client programs within a nutraceutical/contract manufacturing environment. The Client Success Manager is responsible for managing assigned client accounts, including order processing and management, project management of new products and existing product changes, sales forecast management, pricing management, developing and maintaining client accounts, and fostering internal cross-functional team and business partner relationships. This role acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of communication and solutions according to client needs, driving client satisfaction. The position is also responsible for coordinating internal functions to ensure client needs are met and driving the New Product Implementation process by working with internal cross-functional groups on assigned new product launch projects. Travel to client facilities and/or industry tradeshows/conferences may be required, as well as giving client tours and presentations.
