About The Position

KOR is hiring an analytical, hands-on client success leader to own institutional client relationships and lead implementations from kickoff through go-live and beyond across EMEA/UK. The role serves as a trusted partner to clients, leads complex onboarding projects, and drives retention and growth. The successful candidate will also help develop KOR’s client success function and use AI and automation to scale the team’s work and improve the client experience. Hiring level—Manager or Director—will depend on experience. The role owns a portfolio of institutional accounts and leads implementation work including scoping, planning, coordination with engineering, testing, and go-live. It is the senior escalation point for complex reporting, data, and regulatory matters, and partners with sales on renewals, account expansion, and pre-sales. The position also improves client success processes and brings client and regulatory insights into product priorities. Regular client travel is expected, approximately 10–20%, for kickoffs, go-lives, executive meetings, and relationship reviews. At Director level, the role additionally leads and grows the EMEA/UK client success team, coaches analysts, and owns client success metrics and reporting to leadership. The position is fully remote and offers competitive salary, a modern tool stack including AI, and room to shape how the company uses its tools and develops its client success work.
