About The Position

The Client Strategy Associate (CSA) will support Endsight's Pods' Client Strategy teams by ensuring client strategy processes are executed consistently and effectively. This role involves close collaboration with General Managers, Technical Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to enhance client health, retention, and satisfaction. The CSA will be responsible for supporting executive business reviews (EBRs), monitoring client health trends, driving resolution for client issues, and assisting with onboarding, renewals, invoicing, and client communications. For experienced CSAs, there is an opportunity to manage a small client portfolio. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, a clear communicator, comfortable with data and systems, and enjoys collaborating across teams. This role is for someone who takes pride in client and teammate success and wants to grow their career in client strategy, customer success, or account leadership.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, such as: Client success, account coordination, or service delivery roles
  • Experience in MSP, SaaS, or professional services environments
  • Cross-functional, client-facing work involving operations, finance, or support
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Experience working in CRM and/or PSA tools
  • Confidence managing recurring workflows (reporting, scheduling, invoicing support, escalations)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A service-oriented mindset and steady approach under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Supporting executive business reviews (EBRs) and client check-ins through scheduling, preparation, data analysis, and follow-up
  • Monitoring client health trends and surfacing risks or opportunities using dashboards and reports
  • Helping drive resolution for client issues, disputes, and escalations across teams
  • Supporting onboarding, renewals, invoicing, and client communications using Endsight best practices
  • Collaborating with Finance, Professional Services, Support, and Sales to ensure a cohesive client experience
  • For experienced CSAs, managing a small portfolio of clients to ensure they realize value from Endsight’s solutions
