The Client Strategy Associate (CSA) will support Endsight's Pods' Client Strategy teams by ensuring client strategy processes are executed consistently and effectively. This role involves close collaboration with General Managers, Technical Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to enhance client health, retention, and satisfaction. The CSA will be responsible for supporting executive business reviews (EBRs), monitoring client health trends, driving resolution for client issues, and assisting with onboarding, renewals, invoicing, and client communications. For experienced CSAs, there is an opportunity to manage a small client portfolio. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, a clear communicator, comfortable with data and systems, and enjoys collaborating across teams. This role is for someone who takes pride in client and teammate success and wants to grow their career in client strategy, customer success, or account leadership.
