We are seeking a Client Strategy Associate to join our Brand Success team, where you will help manage and optimize our portfolio of brands on the platform. The retention of our brands is at the forefront of ShopMy’s focus, and will play a crucial role in our growth, scale and success. As a Client Strategy Associate, you’ll work closely alongside Client Strategy Managers as a key contributor to brand account health — executing on deliverables, building relationships, and helping drive retention and success for our brand partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 1–3 years in account management, project management, or other client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Zoom.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to evolving brand needs and priorities.
  • Team player who’s ready to step in wherever needed.
  • Comfort working with performance data to track trends and communicate insights to brand partners.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven workflows that improve how you work, and contribute to how AI is adopted across the Client Strategy team.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a client-facing or account support role preferred.
  • Familiarity with creator economy, influencer, or affiliate marketing a strong plus.
  • Remote startup experience.
  • Ability to execute under tight deadlines and urgent requests.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Client Strategy Managers on day-to-day brand account management, taking ownership of execution, follow-through, and proactive communication with brand partners.
  • Meet directly with brand partners, identify and own action items to support brand strategy, and implement in partnership with Client Strategy Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account data and documentation.
  • Support strategic projects across the organization and maintain project timelines.
  • Collaborate with other Associates to share best practices and drive efficiency.
