About The Position

The position’s primary responsibility is to support Trident Solutions customers and the outside sales force through the completion of quotes, order tracking, and client communication. This position will require an organized, independent, and proactive worker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Graphic design experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in database management, manufacturing and/or accounting software
• Time management and organizational skills to complete multiple tasks under critical deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving analysis abilities
• High attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Graphic design experience is preferred.
• Experience with Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator is beneficial, but not required
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and process orders
• Document client approvals and purchase order transaction
• Create and edit custom graphics
• Route opportunities to the appropriate sales personnel
• Work with production to track and expedite manufacturing jobs
