About The Position

Cielo is seeking a Client Services Manager (CSM) to lead a team of recruiters in delivering exceptional service to clients. The CSM will build strong relationships with key client contacts to achieve talent acquisition partnership goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the client organization and the ability to develop and implement strategic hiring plans using various recruitment technologies. The CSM will also be responsible for managing recruitment metrics, P&L, and driving process improvements.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a results-oriented TA role in talent acquisition or human resources.
  • Experience coaching peers or managing a team.
  • Exposure and knowledge of various recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team to provide high-quality services focused on exceeding client expectations.
  • Set clear performance standards and goals for the team, assess progress, and proactively address gaps.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports through regular communication, feedback, and performance management.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment that encourages learning.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client organization and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders for successful new client implementations.
  • Develop recruiting metrics and analytics to provide insights and drive decisions (e.g., time to fill, cost per hire, satisfaction surveys).
  • Foster relationships and build trust with Recruiters and hiring leaders.
  • Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and drive recruiting strategy.
  • Develop comprehensive, strategic hiring strategies including passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing, and utilization of recruitment technologies.
  • Participate in client meetings, sharing updates and data, and discussing service delivery gaps with remediation plans.
  • Support recruitment process needs of clients and leverage shared delivery resources effectively.
  • Maximize the use of Cielo resources to meet goals.
  • Responsible for Cielo-specific metric reports and P&L management.
  • Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency of processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Cielo Client Services Management team to share best practices and drive organizational initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
