Work fully remote while owning payer client relationships in value-based care. This role involves leading day-to-day communication for assigned health plan clients, managing requests and deliverables with tight tracking, and coordinating outreach, scheduling, field operations, and reporting. The Client Services Manager will build client reports, dashboards, and status updates, flag risks early, drive fixes fast, and maintain milestones, notes, and documentation. This position also supports the onboarding and launch of new programs. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast pace, takes ownership, and is adept at starting, finishing, and following through on tasks.
