About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Client Services / Business Development Executive to support and expand our IT Workforce Solutions practice. This role focuses on client relationship management, account growth, and business development activities. It is an excellent opportunity for recent Business graduates or MBA candidates looking to build a long-term career in sales, client management, and workforce solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition.
  • Must be located in Central New Jersey and available for onsite work.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior sales or staffing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within current client accounts.
  • Proactively engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Understand client hiring needs and coordinate internally to support timely candidate delivery.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings and maintain consistent follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking within internal systems.
  • Support revenue growth through disciplined sales and relationship-building efforts.
  • Contribute to client retention and business development initiatives.
