About The Position

We are hiring a Client Services / Business Development Executive to support and grow our IT Workforce Solutions business. This role focuses on client maintenance, client expansion, and proactive business development.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
  • Willingness to learn IT staffing and client acquisition.
  • Must be located in Central New Jersey.

Nice To Haves

  • Business, Management, or MBA background preferred.
  • Prior experience is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing client relationships and ensure ongoing engagement.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand business within current accounts.
  • Proactively reach out to potential new clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Understand client hiring needs and coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery.
  • Schedule client meetings, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Support revenue growth through disciplined and consistent sales activity.
