About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our growing IT Workforce Solutions team in Central New Jersey. This role combines client account management and business development, providing hands-on experience in client engagement, account growth, and workforce solutions. It is an excellent opportunity for Business graduates or MBA candidates seeking to build a long-term career in sales and client management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition.
  • Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Central New Jersey.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior sales, internship, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account penetration.
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.
  • Partner with internal recruiting teams to understand client hiring needs and deliver high-quality IT talent solutions.
  • Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and actively manage sales pipeline activity.
  • Consistently work toward defined revenue goals and performance KPIs.
  • Support client retention and business growth initiatives.
