About The Position

StretchLab Southtowns (Blasdell) is seeking a high-energy, sales-motivated, fitness-minded individual who enjoys community and the StretchLab brand. The part-time role supports the General Manager with membership sales, including booking introductory classes for prospective members and future appointments for current members. It also supports member retention through follow-up phone calls. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required; prior sales experience is required. The schedule consists of evening shifts on Fridays and Saturdays at the Southtowns (Blasdell) location.

Requirements

• Prior sales, communication, and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to achieve sales goals for memberships, one-on-one assisted stretches, member retention, and retail.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Ability to stand or sit for 4–6 hours throughout the workday.
• Fluency in English and excellent in-person, phone, and email communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Previous sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
• Book and confirm appointments.
• Greet and check in clients and prospects at the front desk.
• Conduct facility tours, build relationships, and identify individuals’ needs and wants.
• Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Emphasize and enforce the club’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present available services to current and prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas and follow up with leads and missed introductory classes.
• Participate in promotional pop-ups when needed.
• Ensure the studio is clean and tidy.
• Make 50 or more phone calls per day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
