About The Position

Supports all operations aspects of private duty nursing services to medically fragile children. Manages and fosters nurse and client relationships. Maintains active involvement in issues of cost containment by managing nurse schedules and effectively utilizes nurses when assigning cases. Provides leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, continually monitoring, and thoroughly evaluating the services given to clients. Executes recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality nurses. Counsels and provides support to field nurses. Establishes a strong collaborative relationship between office personnel and field nurses. Collaborates with the clinical management team to help facilitate coordination of care. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Establishes and cultivates relationships with clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma; college preferred.
• Health care experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• English (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
