Partner Veterinary is looking for a Client Service Supervisor to join our Richmond, VA team! Partner Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center (PVESC) is a women founded and lead business. What does your day look like at Partner? The PVESC Client Service Supervisor is a people-focused, passionate, and highly dependable team member that plays a vital role in daily team communication workflows and client care support. As a Client Service Supervisor, you will enable conversation, communication and coordination between the hospital team and pet families. These skills facilitate patient intake, status updates, and discharge appointments. Within these workflows you will support and collaborate with the CSC and medical team members to provide exceptional service to our patients, clients and referral partners.

Requirements

  • Ability to quickly process, analyze, and react to unplanned and emergent medical situations without delay, so as to ensure the safety of team members and patients

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise Client Service Coordinators and oversee day to day operations
  • First point of contact on support, questions and performance from the Client Service team
  • Coordinate and oversee all CSC procedures and training in conjunction and guidance from the with Hospital Steward
  • Collaborate with CSC team members to identify and document areas needing attention and process improvement
  • Respond to client concerns if not resolved through prior channels
