About The Position

Partner Veterinary is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to join their Richmond, VA team. Partner Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center (PVESC) is a women-founded and led business focused on reimagining and transforming the veterinary profession. The company provides team members with tools, resources, training, and administrative support to foster an engaging work culture, including a wellness week of PTO after 90 days. The PVESC Client Service Supervisor is a people-focused, passionate, and highly dependable team member crucial for daily team communication workflows and client care support. This role enables conversation, communication, and coordination between the hospital team and pet families, facilitating patient intake, status updates, and discharge appointments. The supervisor supports and collaborates with Client Service Coordinators (CSC) and medical team members to deliver exceptional service to patients, clients, and referral partners. The 20,000 square foot building design encourages interdepartmental communication and collaboration, includes unique support roles, ample equipment for patient care, scribes, and onsite advanced diagnostics like MRI, CT, and Fluoroscopy.

Requirements

  • Ability to quickly process, analyze, and react to unplanned and emergent medical situations without delay, so as to ensure the safety of team members and patients

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise Client Service Coordinators and oversee day to day operations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for support, questions, and performance from the Client Service team
  • Coordinate and oversee all CSC procedures and training in conjunction and guidance from the Hospital Steward
  • Collaborate with CSC team members to identify and document areas needing attention and process improvement
  • Respond to client concerns if not resolved through prior channels
