The PVESC Client Service Supervisor is a people-focused, passionate, and highly dependable team member crucial for daily team communication workflows and client care support. This role enables conversation, communication, and coordination between the hospital team and pet families, facilitating patient intake, status updates, and discharge appointments. The supervisor supports and collaborates with Client Service Coordinators (CSC) and medical team members to deliver exceptional service to patients, clients, and referral partners.
