About The Position

Connect Pediatrics provides in-home private duty nursing and therapy services to infants and children with complex medical needs. We employ clinicians and operations staff who are compassionate, qualified, and dedicated to ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction. This role supports all operations aspects of private duty nursing services to medically fragile children. The Client Service Supervisor will manage and foster nurse and client relationships, maintain active involvement in cost containment by managing nurse schedules and effectively utilizing nurses when assigning cases. This role provides leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, continually monitoring, and thoroughly evaluating the services given to clients. The supervisor will execute recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality nurses, counsel and provide support to field nurses, and establish a strong collaborative relationship between office personnel and field nurses. Additionally, they will collaborate with the clinical management team to help facilitate coordination of care and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Establishing and cultivating relationships with clients is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • High school diploma; college preferred.
  • Health care experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated.
  • English (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
