Previous client service or veterinary reception experience preferred

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
Schedule appointments and manage client communications
Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
Support patient care by ensuring a smooth client experience from check-in to checkout
Maintain accurate records and support daily hospital operations
Collaborate closely with doctors, technicians, and fellow support staff
