The representative supports clients and firm operations through a range of client service and administrative duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• A teamwork mentality.
• Availability Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with extended-hours rotation as needed.
• Pass a federal and state background investigation.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience in an office setting.
• Retail, serving, and/or call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients.
• Handle incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule consultations and quote legal fees.
• Respond to clients through online chat and other communications.
• Perform data entry and process mail.
• Handle checks and assist with legal agreements.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of how the firm operates.
